for Zumba® Gold, an upbeat and exciting class
suitable for all ages and abilities, GroovX Flow, a gentle yet powerful dance flow workout that uses functional movements focusing on mobility, strength, and balance. You can also try Flex & Flow that mixes easy dance moves with balance and stretching for a relaxed, joyful way to move.
We offer drop in classes and a monthly membership too
